Fix the Permanent Fail flag ======



**Symptoms :** 
The battery can be started-up but doesn't any provide power, When plugged to the charger it look like it start to charge, but the blinking led scheme will stop after few second. All leds stops, then it loop back. 


**Will require :**

* Raspberry PI
* Gauges wires
* Soldering iron
